Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We offer a flat rate of $24 (up to 1kg) and deliver to many countries across Europe, Asia and USA.


Do I get free shipping on orders over $75?
Yes, please select 'FREE Shipping' at the checkout stage.

We are doing our bit for the planet by discouraging the use of wasteful packaging materials. Asking our customers to purchase more than one item means we halve our packaging use and minimise our carbon footprint. If you choose to continue with a single item purchase, we will donate a portion of your shipping charge to the Carbon Neutral Plant-A-Tree Program; to offset the carbon emissions emitted during delivery.


What if I am not home when my parcel is due for delivery?
Australia Post/Sendle/Couriers Please/Fastway will require you to sign for packages over 500gm by default. However if you would prefer to have your package left in a safe place such as your doorstep or letterbox, you can provide delivery instructions in the comments section at checkout which will be included on your package.


What happens if I have entered the wrong shipping address/details?
You have up to 2-4 hours to correct shipping address details after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately. 
When entering address details, please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name.


How do I track my parcel?
If tracking is available on your order, you will receive a shipping notification email with a link to track your order, otherwise please log in to your account via our website and view the order status page.
Please allow 2-6 days for all deliveries in AUS (metro and regional).


Where is my parcel? I gave 'Authority to Leave'!
Even if you give 'Authority to Leave' by ticking the box at checkout we cannot guarantee that it will be left as requested. Your local postman makes the final decision of whether to leave the parcel or not. Please view the tracking details to find out if your parcel was left in a safe place.


I received the wrong item/I want to exchange or return an item.
Please contact us immediately if you have received an incorrect item. We will supply you with a return postage label and any further details on correcting this mistake.

If you wish to return an item, you must contact us via Facebook, email or website contact form within 14 days of your purchase. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and a refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the product being returned.
